Final Word

Were this a lovingly crafted tribute to all classic giant monster films it could have become a cult-classic, but as a remake of Godzilla it will forever live in infamy.

Trivia

Some people believe a man killed while driving his car early on bears an uncanny resemblance to G-Fan editor J.D. Lees.

Though many fans hate this iteration of Godzilla, most surprisingly loved the Fox cartoon Godzilla: The Animated Series, which premiered in the Fall of 1998 and ran for two successful seasons.
